More recently, at Western Wealth Capital, Dave has acquired 28 multi-family buildings with over 4,000 units in Phoenix, Arizona. Dave will share their formula for getting offers accepted and a few stories on negotiations: some they won, and a few ‘war' stories that taught them expensive lessons along the way. Whether you're investing in single- or multi-family south of the border or in Canada, the formula and stories will expand your real estate investing tools and your increase your depth of knowledge. Dave will also share how, in property management, residents don't care about what you know, they only care that you care. Then, he will offer some simple steps to improve a community or a property and tips on how to get property managers and your team to really care about your residents.
